The Eleni Japanese Bubble Lamp is a floor and table lamp formed from three graduated rice paper spheres on slender steel legs. The rice paper filters the bulb into a diffuse, warm glow with no bright spot. It suits a living room floor beside a sofa, a bedroom corner, or a large side table.

The Eleni Japanese Bubble Lamp is built from three graduated rice paper spheres mounted on a steel wire tripod. The rice paper is thin enough to glow through fully, spreading soft light in all directions without a visible hot spot. The proportion of the form — widest sphere at the base, smallest at the top — gives the piece a stable visual weight despite its light material.

Every Kiyoshiki piece is made to order, so small changes are often possible - plug-in wiring instead of hardwired (no electrician needed), a longer or shorter cable to suit your ceiling, or an alternative finish on selected pieces. Bulbs are not always included. This lets you choose the color temperature and brightness that suits your space. Get in touch if you need guidance on the right bulb for a specific fixture.

Warmer tones (2700–3000K) produce soft, inviting light — well suited to living rooms and bedrooms. Cooler tones (4000K and above) are brighter and more energizing, better suited to kitchens and workspaces. Contact us if you'd like a recommendation for a specific room.

Each piece is chosen with material as the first consideration - alabaster, marble, ceramic, brass, wood, ribbed and milk glass. Where safety or longevity calls for a different material, we use it sparingly, but natural materials lead.

Lighting can be returned if unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging within the timeframe outlined in our policy. Custom or made-to-order fixtures are final sale. Please refer to our returns page for full details.
