Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Made-to-order items are dispatched within 7 business days.

Larger furniture and custom items may carry longer lead times, noted on each product page.
2. Delivery Methods & Times
We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Delivery times vary depending on the product type:

Small Lighting (pendants, sconces, table lamps): 7–21 business days

Larger Lighting (over 12 x 12 x 12 in / 30 x 30 x 30 cm): 10–30 business days

Furniture & Made-to-Order Items: 15–40 business days

3. Delivery Costs

Complimentary delivery is available on all orders over $50.

Orders under $50 will display calculated delivery costs at checkout.

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

While rare, delays may occur due to customs, couriers, or global events.
