I hung two Dish shapes over our dining table and the room stopped feeling like a pass-through. The milk glass holds the light in a way that makes everything below it feel considered — the food, the table, the people around it. It is the first thing guests mention, and they can never quite say why.

The Rowan shade is cast in milk glass, its surface warm where the bulb sits behind it. The form steps down in tiers — a rounded crown over a wide, gently flared brim — and rests on a turned brass collar that carries a quiet patina. Light gathers inside the glass and falls evenly below, turning a flat or functional room into something settled and warm.

Hung over a dining table, Rowan changes what a meal feels like. The glow is unhurried — broad enough to reach every chair, soft enough to make the room feel chosen rather than lit. Guests notice it without being able to say why. That is the quiet pride of a setting made with care.

Rowan was considered for the way light settles inside milk glass — soft, never glaring. The tiered form gives the shade its own shadow line at each step, and the turned brass collar grounds it without crowding the glass.
