Ribbed alabaster that glows warm from within — veining visible through the stone.
The Andriana is a cylindrical alabaster pendant with horizontal ribs carved across the surface. Alabaster at this thickness is translucent — the light passes through the stone rather than bouncing off it, producing a warm, diffused glow with no harsh edges. The brass collar and matte black stem sit above the shade. It suits a bedside position hung low, or a kitchen island in a row of three.
The Andriana shade is a ribbed alabaster cylinder — the horizontal bands are carved with a consistent pitch that gives the form a clear, settled proportion. Alabaster at this wall thickness is translucent: the natural veining shows through the surface when the light is on, and the glow the stone produces is warm and diffuse rather than direct. The brass collar and matte black stem are chosen for their restraint — they hold the shade in place without drawing the eye away from the alabaster.
